"Ordered $200 of clothing, and instead of the jade long-sleeved flannel shirt received this flimsy ugly blue with black lace short-sleeved shirt, I put it back in the pack with several other items that were either too see-through, and returned it . Later received letter stating they do not sell this shirt and will not give me a refund. The letter had no return address or return phone number, and when I called the customer service number on the web site, I was told again that they do not sell the shirt. I certainly didn't order it nor did I return something that I didn't order. Another Recats company, Roaman's also sent me something I didn't order and wouldn't give me a refund because they say I did order it. I ordered 2 of the same thing, quantity 2 of 1 item and received 1 item that I ordered & some other item. I will not buy from these people again since you don't receive what you order. Gave the ugly blue/black crap they sent me to Salvation Army. If you enjoy throwing your money away for crap, this is the company for you. And it's really a shame because I liked the cotton clothing that I could wear to work."
