Worst experience Unable to reach true Customer Support
"Don't do it unless you have 2,weeks for delivery even if you upgrade you will not receive your items intime... I tried for 2 days to reach Customer Support and all I could get a hold of was a "phone service" that took messages and forwarded them to supposed Customer Service who then basically sent out a generic email.
My issue was a UPS tracking label was created on the 10th and the package actually did not go out for delivery till the 13 th. In the meantime I tried on the 11th and 12th to reach "Customer Support "."
