"Sure, they have a seemingly vast array of glasses and sunglasses available for OK prices. But the rest is a pipe dream. Ordered some glasses from them, received an email saying that color was on backorder. Switched my order to another color and they said there would be no problem. The package arrived and it was not the second color, but a totally different one. I contact them and they tell me that I said that color was fine as long as I didn't have to pay a restocking fee if I returned them. Nope. That conversation never happened. So... I decide to send the things back. I get confirmation from UPS that the package was signed for at their address. Weeks later, no money back. I email them, they ignore me. Then I start seeing charges on my card that I never made. Shipping company charges and the like. Huh, that's weird. So i get my bank involved, close the account, and dispute fraudulent charges. Finally, a month after they charged me for a single pair of glasses, I have my money back. So guys, the moral of the story is: do not do business with this website because something funny is going on."
