Don't buy from them!!! 0/5
"So the first problem I had with them is I ordered a $200 Longboard and A $65 pair of shoes. So It was a big order! I paid for $10 for better shipping. It still took 13 days for the package to arrive. I complained to their customer service and they said that was something they couldn't help. So whatever I could brush that one off. Then after 13 days my package finally arrived. They forgot my $65 pair of shoes that I ordered to ride with my shoes. So I emailed them and they offered me "in store credit". I wanted a full refund for my shoes back to my account because I bought the shoes to go with my board and I didn't want to wait another 13+ days. They refuse my refund because they "scanned" my shoes and send me an online gift card. So after the long replies and bad customer service I was quite frustrated. After being mad I finally said "whatever, I guess I'll just re order my shoes." The gift card they sent me was enough for my shoes. BUT I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING??? They messed up multiple times, forgot my shoes, and won't even cover the shipping. I emailed them in complaints of this now. Terrible customer service. Would give 0/5 if it was an option."
