"Had to order a new canister for Ro unit when ordering it was past the cut off time for next day which poped up every step of the ordering process ordered anyway expecting it to ship the next day but received email 2hours later that it shipped and will get it tomorrow that's what i call good service love foster and smith"

"There only two online aquatic supply dealers I will deal with and I've tried most marine depot is one great customer service and foster and smith the rest of them can't even come close."

"If your thinking about buying from bulk reef supply check there refund and replace policy. Once you buy from them your on your own. Bought a chiller it did not work at all called customer service (if you can call it that) and was told I had to send back to manufacturer now they have my money and it will take weeks to get my chiller back.they do not stand behind products they sell will never order from them again."
