"I will never purchase from Monarch again. I had to wait over a month for my order to arrive and put up with unanswered emails from them.
I emailed Monarch at least three times, (once a week), asking how long I should wait for my order to arrive and they only responded once, and the answer wasn`t even related to my question. I found their support to be very frustrating to work with and the lack of communication on their part to be totally unprofessional.
I felt like they didn`t care for me at all which in my books means they don`t value their customers. I`m taking my business elsewhere."
