Unusable furniture
"We purchased expensive ballroom chairs from them that over the course of a year completely fell apart. They barely open and if you try to sit on them, they collapse. I sent photos, talked to a supervisor, sent an email to their “product specialists” as directed. All I got back was a promise that they stand behind their products and that my return policy has expired. Done with this company."
