I used their web site and easily found the part I needed at a reasonable price. All good.
I ordered the part and received an email confirmation that it was 'processing'. Very good.
SEVEN DAYS LATER I see it is still 'processing'.
I called their support number which nobody answered after waiting on the line for TWENTY MINUTES
while listening to their robot voice say "Sent an email to our efficient and responsive system"
and I was then asked by the robot to leave a voice mail, which I did, and was hung up on.
I sent the email.
Two days later I sent another email and spent another 20 minutes, got the leave a voicemail prompt and was hung up on.
I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL REPLY or a call back so I sent an email cancelling my order and contacted my VISA company to get a charge back.
__Then__ I received a auto-generated email that my part had shipped.
I immediately replied to cancel the order.
No reply.
The Part Store (an alias for Equipmentgarage.com) is truly an awful company to do business with."
