"I ordered a gift basket and got a confirmation of order - that should be great, right? WRONG! So I wait a week for some kind of email stating that delivery has been made, payment was already taken so delivery can't be too far behind. I finally call Hickory Farms and was told "well that's on backorder" I asked where my email to tell me that was and the answer is nothing. I said this is ridiculous, it's already been a week and now what? I cancelled the order and get told, "refund in 72 hours" 3 days is ridiculous for a product that was never even shipped - I asked for a manager and the rep tells me "well she's only going to tell you what I did" boy was she right! the manager not only just parroted what the rep said, she offered no apology or assistance to attempt to make the situation better. I wouldn't use Hickory Farms if hickory farms, themselves paid for the product! what an absolute disgrace!"
