Smallappliance.com is a scam. Report them to your state consumer protection division.
"This company engages in fraud. Wish I’d checked reviews first. I take a screen shot of all online purchases & was able to confirm they responded to my order, a shame they had no intention of filling it. I’ve made attempts to contact the company to no avail. Slimy!
I am reporting this *alleged* company to the BBB & filing a formal complaint with my state’s Department of Consumer Protection. The best part, they are allegedly closed all weekend for the Thanksgiving holiday. Just like every retailer closes on Black Friday. BWAHAHA SMH
Oh, the alleged invoice will read “ Turnpike Appliance” NOT Small Appliance. Too bad I never received on, just an order confirm, no Invoice #."
