"I place an order and after 2 weeks had to call to find out the status. I was told they were still waiting on a few items but would get them in a few days. The next day I was charged for two thirds of my order and it was shipped out. About a month later I started getting multiple emails a day stating that the remainder of my order had been shipped but they were unable to charge my card. So USPS had the order 'ON HOLD" and would abandon it in 30 days if I didn't pay. They also informed me that if it became abandoned by USPS I would still be liable for the items and any subsequent charges. So I paid for items that I no longer needed and had ordered 6 weeks beforehand. After 2 weeks when I still hadn't received the items I called to get the tracking number to contact USPS myself. At this time I was informed (rather innocently) that "I know they shipped it YESTERDAY I was there when they packed it. Beyond disappointed. No communication with customer to inform of delays. Lies to get your money ."
