Return shipping fees
"I ordered a scrub top, using their sizing guidelines. My top arrived and it was much too small. When I ordered I had paid $5 for shipping, but when I went online to do the return, they charged me $8.99 for return shipping on a $13 top! That's outrageous. I'm going to save myself the aggravation and just donate the top to Goodwill. I'll never order from allheart again."
