"I had placed a large order in September 2019 and 3 items on my e-receipt were listed as shipping direct from the manufacturer. I only received 1 of those items, but was still missing 2 items that totaled more than $70. Numerous emails, a 40-minute phone call and many promises that they would ship in 5 days and I still don't have the MLB merchandise or a refund and it is December 2019."
