"Do not order from here. The service is so slow I am frankly amazed they are still in business. In a market where several sell your same product for close to the same prices, all you have is your customer service. Still waiting after five weeks for my wig. Seems to take them two weeks to inform you that a particular style or color is not in stock. Then, ince you give them a new choice, still takes three weeks for it to arrive. I emailed today to finally just cancel my order but they informed me it had just been shipped this morning...ground. Really? $15 for ground? I do not think they keep any wigs in stock. So, be prepared to wait....and wait..."
