"Two emails and two phone calls and I am still waiting for a refund for LG fridge filters that arrived in sorry shape because they were packed so poorly. When I talked to someone early last week, apparently that did not notate any of the discussion and I am starting again from square 1.
I have used this company before for my HVAC filter, but this experience has been awful."
