Bad Experience Obtaining a Return
"Product was returned on March 26. April 12 and still waiting for a return. Followed up on 4/8 and they said they processes but still do not have. Now wasting my time disputing charge with my credit card company."

Disorganized and Still Waiting for Refund
"Two emails and two phone calls and I am still waiting for a refund for LG fridge filters that arrived in sorry shape because they were packed so poorly. When I talked to someone early last week, apparently that did not notate any of the discussion and I am starting again from square 1. I have used this company before for my HVAC filter, but this experience has been awful."
