"Poor customer service. Order no what I expected. Spoke to two representative before ordering a futon/bunk bed and inquired if it was possible to change the color of the futon, was told no that I could only order what was available in the picture. Rec'd the bed after 3 weeks of waiting, only to find what I ordered was just a frame (mattress and futon NOT included). Tried to return it and they wanted me to pay for shipping and wait another 3 to 4 wks for refund. When I asked to speak to a manager they refused to speak with me. Found the SAME EXACT item on the Walmart website for $142 cheaper, while purchasing futon and mattress for the frame."
