"Have ordered from them before with no issue, but, this time, I ordered a replacement battery on April 10, when I finally got it on April 27, it wouldn't fit into the charger, Eric responded and said he was shipping out a new one, with a return label for the other, here it is almost June 1st and I've heard nothing! I'm out $75+. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!"
