"In ordering a gift subscription I entered my billing information and then the recipient information but when the receipt came up you had defaulted the billing and mailing addresses to be the same.
That was not the point of a gift subscription!
This required a change of address to be entered when that information had previously been provided. I'm just glad I caught it so the magazines actually are delivered where they are intended."
