"OK, All I can say is that the gentleman (Greg) I spoke with is fantastic. I ordered a MCE bundle from PCAlchemy today. He called me to say it was backordered. I already knew that from the website. He suggested a lower priced card for the bundle ( Can you believe it!!! )
I thought I had done my research tv tuner cards, but I missed some important facts. Greg set me straight. His option was better and cheaper for me.
I never write about companies because frankly they don't deserve it. Greg and PC Alchemy do. Now I just have to wait for my new toy.
Got my toy! Everything was great. I di d have a problem with the remote. PCAlchemy did a very quick RMA. I got the new part in under a week.
