"Really Hoirrible Customer Service!!!!!
Purchased a Water from them. Returned it and had supposedly had my Debit Charges returned. Purchased a Water Heater from different company. Checked my account and found that my account had not been recredited. Whet to Lowe's to check on it and was told that it could take up to 14 days before I see the money back in my account. When I purchased the Heater, my account was credited instantly, so why wasn't my refund credited instantly?
I am done dealing with Lowe's, I'll spend the extra money on gas to go some place else before I set foot in another Lowe's Store."
