Does Not Stand Behind Products!!
"I purchased 2 HP laptops, one for my Wife and one for myself. I was generally happy with the product, however less than a year after they were purchased my battery started to not hold a charge. This is very inconvenient as I use it for work as the main purpose of purchase and it has to be plugged in to use which limits mobility greatly. I purchased 2 year protection for each computer so I thought I would be able to get the battery replaced with no issues. This is not the case as they do not cover "consumed batteries". I have never had the issue of a battery being used up after 1 year. If the battery was considered damaged it would have been covered, however since it just stopped working they will not cover it. Seeing how they do not stand behind a product they are selling I do not recommend nor will I purchase anything else from this company."
