If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would. When I ordered a computer from them I was excited to get a great deal. I found a mini desktop for $60. Should have read the reviews first... I ordered the product on 07/21/2011. On 8/02 I sent them the following message: Regarding: Order tracking

Within an hour, I received the following response:
Hi Bill,
We had a delay in refurbing and When you placed the order those were listed
as "Please note, Due to an Overwhelming response to recent NOONER Deals
these may not ship for up to 10 business days." We will ship on or before Friday the 5th. We will email the tracking # that afternoon. Sorry for the extended delay.

Well, here we are on 8/12 and nothing. I decided to check again today and the order still said processing so I decided to reply back to their email with this:
I realize that you may be busy, however Friday the 5th was a week ago and I still have not received an email with shipping information. At this time I would like to just cancel the order for a full refund. I don't feel there should be a restocking fee on this since it probably hasn't even been picked off the shelf yet. I will not be doing business with you in the future as I am extremely disappointed.
I logged back in to the site just to see if anything had changed on the order and the processing status changed to PEND-CANCEL. No emails yet, but at least I know they got the message. Now I just have to wait and see about a refund.."
