Disappointing
"I figured out that they put most of my oil changes and maintenance under the wrong VIN number. My wife used to have the same kind of car but we sold it four years ago. First they offered to combine the files, so I agreed that sounds like a good idea. Then they wouldn't and said it doesn't work."
