"I spent a pretty good amount of money for a booth, floor, light kit, case, wraps, a stand-up banner. As this was my first order I worked as closely as I could with my Rep Rachel, she is a nice lady and helps as she can. I got my display no light kit, no double side print, something I had been very specific about. They sent me a receipt that said no double printing, honestly, I'd looked at so many they all flowed into one. The customer service people we at best offensive. I'll be buying 3-4 more displays in the next 6-8 months. I just don't think it'll be through Ace."
