"This group is awesome. I downloaded windows 10 per Microsoft warnings only to find it nearly paralyzed my computer. It was suggested I go back to windows 7. The only USA company that could help with that and not charge me $250. I bought the download - not knowing you are not supposed to go backwards. They were there to help me get my computer back functioning. It did take time out of 3 days because of the time it took to run downloads. When this Covid-19 is over and my income goes back up I plan to buy more programs from them. Thank you so much folks you saved this great grandma a lot of money!! Pat S ND"
