WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
"THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST JOKE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This company is the BIGGEST RIP OFF company I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order online for my son's school play costume. Within no more than 5 minutes of placing the order, my son said he didn't need it anymore, the play was cancelled. I called the company immediately, (remember less than 10 minutes after placing the order), I asked to cancel and get my money back. I was informed that they couldn't cancel the order, they were already in the process of shipping it to me, HA. So I had to wait until I received the item and then return it to them, for my money to refunded. For something that couldn't be canceled because it was being shipped within 7 minutes after placing the order it should have been at my door within at least 2 days. But that was certainly not the case. I told them I expected a FULL REFUND, including the shipping cost, since they couldn't cancel the order.. I was informed that was the case. A FULL REFUND, (including shipping) was to be granted. Low and behold a month after the initial order. I received my refund, minus more than the shipping cost. Shipping was supposed to be $7.00, but remember it was supposed to be refunded, but NO they kept $8.55 of MY MONEY!!!!"
