Worst company to deal with
"They dont even deserve one star but this is the lowest I can go. Their reps have no idea of customer service. They respond to emails within 48 hours and dont even bother to send all information. I have to return a defective laptop and was told that he will email me labels for return shipping. Nothing happened and after some name calling I was sent a return notice. Called them again and asked who will pay shipping. Then I was mailed return shipping label. No one never said sorry for inconvenience. Called them again after confirming that they received package. I was told refund was processed and i should contact my credit card company. There was no refund. Called them again and I was put on hold and then nothing happened. After 3 tries another rep picked phone and said it will take 7-10 business days for refund and just hanged up. Again sent them email that I will file complaints with BBB, competition bureau and write reviews. Someone called from Toronto office and threatened for posting reviews o filing complaints. I have recording of that phone call and it will be forwarded and posted online. There prices are little better but not worth if there is any problem. Just call their contact number to know level of their customer service. Costco has much better price and customer service."
