Hello, thank you for your comments. We do state on our website that we do not check customer files and by approving the proof you are confirming the files are print ready. We do have an option for a Manually Processed Proof, where for an additional charge your files would be checked for resolution and bleed. We also offer our free Online Designer where you can create our own cards or we can design the cards for you with our Design Services department. On this occasion, our Quality Control department has emailed you offering a store credit for the full amount of the order, please contact our Customer Service department for more information.
