"Bait and switch tactics are still in vogue it seems. Discussed the bike I was interested in via email, text and phone calls and was told the bike was available Friday evening and was in great condition (although they refused to give me an estimate of the “out the door price” so I’d know how much money to bring). Drove to the dealership the very next morning with cash in hand, was instantly handed off to another salesmen as “he has more knowledge of the bike”. Lo and behold! The sales guy hadn’t seen that particular bike in over a week but they had the very same model (but different color) available only newer (and cost more of course). Sad thing is, I could have easily purchased the newer model with cash in hand. I’m also a boater and Jet Ski owner who is in the market for an upgrade and was pleased to see that this dealership carries many boards and jet skis. Sadly, they have lost a customer for life who will gladly take his business elsewhere. These kind of tactics are severely outdated and only reflect poorly on how a dealership is run. My advice is to take your business elsewhere."
