"I ordered some gear, and about a week later I inquired to see where it was. Service told me they didn't know and didn't know how long it would take to get my gear. That's all. No attempt to resolve the situation. I then asked to cancel, and they said they would cancel. Again, no attempt to resolve the problem. Hint to Hockeymonkey, customer service is about solving problems. I am a reasonable person who would be a happy customer if they even attempted to be helpful. The chose not to help. Oh well, off to the competitors..."
