"This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on 12/7/07 for a Christmas gift. Credit card was immediately charged. When I called a week later to check the order status, I was informed the item was on backorder & would not be in by Christmas. Consequently, I cancelled the order. I have been trying since January to obtain a credit to my credit card. I cannot get Jason to even acknowledge he has received my voice mail messages. Customer service representatives were very rude. I will be contacting the NH Better Business Bureau."
