"Very disappointing!
I have been buying from Buy.com for 3 years now and I cannot believe how bad is their customer service.
Buy.com over-charged me for shipping then refused to admit their system problem.
I selected budget shipping but for some weird reason the system reset the shipping method to standard after I made payment through PayPal.
I emailed Buy.com twice to ask them to correct the problem but I received the same copy/pasted email response.
Sorry Buy.com but I will never buy from you anymore!"

"My purchasing experience with HKFlix was excellent. I ordered a Momitsu DVD Player on Monday and received the item Thursday morning. The customer support was very responsive. My questions about the item and shipping were answered within one day. A great experience and I will definitely buy from HKFlix again."
