"DO NOT ORDER FROM SHINING DRESS!!!!! I ordered a dress on March 5th, which still had not arrived by April 26th. They like to fob you off: "; please wait patiently for your dress"; etc. The website is a scam, dressed up to look like you are ordering from the UK. Actually you are ordering from somewhere in China. I threatened them with Trading Standards and the police and have now received a refund, but have a very disappointed daughter. Not worth all the aggro and worry at all. Please go elsewhere."
