Greedy
"3 weeks, no order. Over $900 spent and no order. I asked for an update and they replied with a template email that said I would get an email when my order shipped but no date and that my order was a final sale. No where on their website does it say the items in my order are a final sale.
My mom ordered $60 of goods yesterday to test the turn time and paid $30 to expedite her order. Her order shipped in 24 hours. She bought essential oils, same as I did.
Greed during a pandemic is unethical to say the least. We won’t be using them as a supplier for our business any longer. They are definitely greed driven but certainly not business savvy."
