Very happy customer
"I don't know about previous reviews, maybe something has changed the last two years since I was introduced to The Orchid Boutique by my sister as I have never experienced any issues; their website is pretty easy to follow, if an item is not in stock or backorder you will see at least two (if not more) notifications before you complete your transaction, also the return policy is pretty clear as long as you take a look at it and have everything clear you should have no problems at all, besides it is one of the return policies that give you more time (30 days!) to return items for a refund, exchange or store credit.
I love the variety of brands that they offer, all different and all great quality; it is also a plus that the customer service representatives seem to know every single item very well so if I have any doubts in regards to an item I contact them, usually through a chat, and they will let me know if the item would work for me or suggest something different.
Overall, I am a very happy customer of this boutique and I will be for many years to come."
