"Overcharged me on initial order and VIP membership was added after checkout. Had to call to get that fixed. Website promises everything ships within 2 hours. Called back 2 days later to get tracking number and found out that shoes hadn't even shipped yet. Sylvester, a customer service manager proceeds to tell me that every issue has been my fault. They didn't overcharge me, I had the VIP membership in my cart. The promise of 2 hour shipping only applies to VIP members even though the shipping policy doesn't say that. Got tired of their crap and ordered from an honest company. Emailed complaint to company and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond."
