"I ordered a Viking Deer Splitter in mid October . On 10/21/14 I received an email confirmation of the order :Item T6252 , Quantity: 1@ $34.95 , Status : Shipped via UPS SURE POST , Tracking No. 1Z67V907YW13178654 .
On 10/25/14 I received a card board mailing pouch containing a Master Packing Slip with all he above info AND a 2013 magazine titled "jewelry stringing" . No Deer Splitter.
I have email them and called their "customer service line ***-***-**** ) three times , listened to bad hold music for 5 + minutes each time just to be hung up on in the end .
Since they won't respond or answer the phone ,I can only conclude this is a scam , a mail fraud scheme . I paid $41.55 for a 2013 , 96 page magazine devoted to jewelry making.
Next stop: Postal Inspector and Arvada Police Dept."
