"So I ordered 2 outdoor rugs for my front and back porch - same rug. They both came and they were the wrong color version that I ordered. They told me to return them for full refund, order the rug again and I would get the correct version. I did and it was the wrong rug again. Ordered the same rug 3 times to get the wrong rug 3 times. They will not get with their 3rd party vendor to fix the problem - they are shipping out the wrong rugs, offering you 15% to keep it, and then hoping you want it. IT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They honestly do not care about me AT ALL."
