Issues with delivery
"I ordered 2 badges over a month ago and when the package arrived, there were no badges in the package and the package appeared to be damaged. MyNameBadges agreed to send me 2 more badges and I was provided a UPS tracking number. UPS said the package would arrive 5 days ago but it still hasn't arrived. UPS tracking said damage happened in route to the destination. This is the second time my 2 badges have been damaged in transit and I don't know if I will ever get them. I need a badge for several events coming up in a couple weeks. Maybe MyNameBadges should put their badges in better packaging."
