"They delayed the order and then just canceled it, claiming they had a "system glitch." I went back to their Web site and checked the artwork I submitted; it was perfect! Called, and they refused to expedite a replacement order, leaving us high and dry without literature we needed for a vital campaign. Go elsewhere."
