WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
"I have been a customer for quite some time and never had any issues. However, when my last order was delivered, I was told I needed to pay $175 in import fees! I have NEVER paid import fees on any previous packages and this was not communicated to me during my purchase, otherwise I would have never placed an order. Customer service is terrible, you have to contact them through social media. A rep responded back to me on Whats App and told me I could pay the fees, send a screenshot of my invoice and they would reimburse me in 15 days. Absolutely not! This was an error on the company’s end and I should not have to pay nearly $200 on top of my $300 order. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!"
