"The helicopter I ordered from RC Helicopter Select didn't work when it arrived and if I want to return the "JUNK" product, I have to pay to ship it to China where they said they would test it to see if it is defective. When I order something from a company, I expect it to work, if it doesn't, the company should do everything they can to get me a quality product at no expense to me. This company has terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them ! This was an easter gift for my son and it is now April 25th and my son's easter gift is still sitting in a box not working because I haven't gotten any satisfaction from this company !"
