"I LOVE ADVANCED TECH SUPPORT!!! I'm into my second year with these people and I couldn't be more satisfied with the help they have given me. Previously, I had a very old computer with many problems and I really kept the guys busy trying to breathe life into it. They stuck with me to the very end. The service is 100% on all levels - they are open 24/7 (except Christmas and Thanksgiving). They were always very courteous and understanding, not to mention knowledgable. The support is well worth the money. It is so convenient to pick up the phone, make the call and leave the rest to them. I don't have to unhook my computer and drag it out for service. I now have a new computer and they have already helped me. Actually, as soon as I finish this, I'm going to call them to fix a Pogo problem."
