"Absolutely awful company. Claim *free shipping* And 6 weeks after receiving my Item, i received a bill for almost £40 from Fedex customs charges. The item was on £70!! Emailed homeary, to receive quite an arrogant and rude response. The items all come from China. No one makes this clear. I’ll never buy again from these people. I could have bought the item for a lot less elsewhere, had I know I was going to be hit with a £40 Bill!"

Regarding the customs fees issue, I am sorry we are actually based in China, as stated on our website. Besides, we do offer free shipping to the UK, but I am afraid there is an essential difference between shipping cost (delivery) and customs fees. For the free shipping, we have done as we are advertising that is to pay the shipping company to deliver your packages. But the customs fees are an additional cost that is calculated and charged by the customs in your country according to the related policy and regulations.
