"I couldn’t remember my password. I tried all of the likely options. Nothing worked. Twice I tried to have you send it to my email address and neither time did that work. I had to proceed as a guest.
I also had a minor, yet unnecessary glitch before completing my order. Your website wouldn’t allow me to proceed with the zip code YOU suggested. I had to use the zip code that I initially tried.
