"I made an online order of an item from WolfCamera on December 15th which according to their website they had in stock at the time. After not hearing anything regarding my order for a week, I called WoldCamera directly to enquire about the status of my order. I was told that they don't have the item in stock and that the item will be shipped directly to me from their distributor within next 24-48 hours. Three days later I call back to check the status again, the response I got was pretty much the same as the first time, at which point I decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I was promised that my money will be refunded as soon as they notify their distributor about the cancelation of the order. Today is January 18th, over a month after the purchase was made and over two weeks since the initial request for refund was made and the company still did not refund my money. Every time I call, the company's customer service representative gives me a standard "the refund will be processed within next 24-48 hours" (must be reading from a script).
I just called again and now it's back to the other line on their script "We haven't heard back from the distributor ... we'll make sure to send another note ... you'll get your money back as soon as we hear back from them"."
