Will not refund on a defective item
"I ordered a pricey light for use when we need extra light...like in the pantry. We haven't had this but short of two months and it's impossible to turn the light on. The on/off button just stopped working. Sharper Image said this was "outside the return window", yet it had not been 60 days when I tried to return it. Will never order from them again."
