Look elsewhere for your item
"I ordered a ski rack from bike somewhere.com via google express. Both companies seemed to care very little about customer service, timely shipping, charging your account in a timely manner and leaving the charge on your account. Needless to say after battling for over two weeks with both both google express and bikesomewhere.com I decided to give up and cancel my order completely and look elsewhere for my item. Sad part is I could have really used my item over the last couple weeks."
