"Like many who have written before me I have not received my item and it transpires that they never had the stock item in the first place despite telling me only a week ago that the reason for the delay was due to courier problems. I cancelled the order today but the customer services team are being deliberately evasive about refund timescales and are clearly giving me the run about! The earlier reply from WAE+ stating that they have changed their refund protocols is rubbish! I ordered my goods on the 9th of July yet they're still spinning me a yarn! I have reported this company to the Internet Fraud helpline who have reported the matter to the Police and to the National Fraud Intelligence Beareau. They were very interested to hear from me and suspect this operation to be criminal. I will not stop on this issue and advise victims of this band of criminals to not get angry but to take action."
