"Long story shortI was issued a refund because I never received my gym shoes.i requested for my refund to be put on a gift card which she agreed to do instead they put it back on the original payment .not only they kept me on hold for exactly 41 minutes and then when I stayed at my problem they hung up on me and never tried to call me back I've then call back and was on hold for another 32 minutes before they told me they could do nothing about reversing the payment."
